At Hubhopper (a proud venture of Parijat Innovations Pvt. Ltd. hereinafter referred to as Hubhopper), we hold your privacy in high regard. We're all about your privacy and take it seriously, just like you would with your secret recipe for the world's best cookies. We collect personal information at the time you (a) register on Hubhopper owned applications ("Software") for using the services, products and materials made available to you using the Software ("Service") or, (b) make any payments related to your use of the Service or, (c) download any content made available through the Service ("Content") or, (d) share any information through the Software or (e) contact us through our help and support channels or, (f) use our services or websites or otherwise interact with us during the course of our relationship, we may ask you for your personal information (such as your name, telephone number, address, email id and billing details (if required as mode of payment). While registering to the Service and/or using the Software / Content, you are required to provide your consent to agree to be bound by the Terms of Use and the terms in this privacy policy ("Privacy Policy")

The main purposes of collecting personal information about individuals are as follows:

Hubhopper uses cookies to assist in delivering the service and to provide a positive and personalized user experience. Cookies are files sent to your browser from a web server and stored on your browsers storage. Cookies are primarily used to enhance the visitor’s online experience and are not used to track the navigational habits of identified visitors, If you do not wish to receive cookies, you may disable them.
CHOICES
The Software/Service may allow you to choose the manner of and the extent to which you wish to disclose the Personal Information. You may also be allowed to disable some of the features that require sharing of Personal Information. Should visitors subsequently choose to withdraw their consent in respect of their personal information, unsubscribe from mailing lists or any registrations, we will provide instructions on the appropriate website area or in communications to our visitors.

Hubhopper takes appropriate measures to ensure that any personal data are kept secure, including security measures to prevent personal data from being accidentally lost, or used or accessed in an unauthorized way. Those processing your information will do so only in an authorized manner and are subject to a duty of confidentiality. Once we have received your information, we will use strict procedures and security features to try to prevent unauthorised access.
Keeping your personal data up to date
If your personal details change you may update them by accessing the relevant page of the Website, or by contacting us at help@hubhopper.com. If you have any questions about how we use data collected which relates to you, please contact us at help@hubhopper.com We will endeavour to update your personal data within seven (7) working days of any new or updated personal data being provided to us, in order to ensure that the personal data we hold about you is as accurate and up to date as possible. How long we keep your personal data:
  1. For Website Users will hold your personal data (eg name, address and contact details) for indefinitely unless you ask us to delete it.
Erasure of personal data
It's your right to request that we delete certain of your personal data. You can ask us to erase personal data:
  1. that we no longer need for the purpose it was collected for
  2. that we process based on the legal basis of consent, and you withdraw your consent
  3. when you object and make a justified objection,
There are situations where Hubhopper is unable to delete your data, for example when:
  1. it’s still necessary to process the data for the purpose we collected it for
  2. Hubhopper has a legal obligation to keep the data, or
  3. Hubhopper needs the data to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. For example, if there’s an unresolved issue relating to your account
Where we store your personal data
All information we hold about you is stored on our secure servers maintained by Amazon Web Services, residing in the `ap-south-1` Amazon Web Services region.
CHILDREN
The Platform is not intended for individuals aged 18 years or younger. Minors can only use the service with the involvement, supervision and approval of a parent or legal guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18 years of age. If we determine upon collection that a user is under this age, we will not use or maintain his/her personal information without the parent/guardian’s consent.
YOUR RIGHTS

Your continued use of the Hubhopper service after any such updates take effect will constitute acknowledgement and (as applicable) acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree or consent to these updates or changes, do not continue to use the Platform.
COMPLAINT
If an individual has any queries or grievance about our privacy practices or the implementation thereof or notice any discrepancy in our database relating to the individual, he or she may contact the grievance personnel on help@hubhopper.com. The General Data Protection Regulation also gives you right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the European Union (or European Economic Area) state where you work, normally live or where any alleged infringement of data protection laws occurred.
